1 PURPOSE

3 RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 It is responsibility of Operator to follow this SOP as written, review and update as necessary
3.2 It is responsibility of the Production Manager to make certain that this SOP is followed in its entirety
3.3 It is responsibility of the Production Pharmacist to make certain that this SOP is followed in its entirety
4 PRECAUTIONS
4.1 Do not touch any part of the equipment when working
4.2 Any unusual voice, it is a must to stop and check, power again only knowing the reasons.
4.3 Nozzle should not too small when fill vast materials, to avoid over stress result in material jet and nozzle destroy.
5 PROCEDURE:
5.1 Putting the tubes into the stands automatically, spin with the machine driving, fixed tube position automatically, cylinder uplift the tube stands, then revolution and benchmarking by detecting of the imported high accuracy sensor, photoelectric detection device can start filling when there is a tube under the filling head, materials fill into the tube through counting of counter, sealing and code printing finished one time after filling. End products pushed out automatically all process done.
5.2 Motor working, reduction box working, then driving the principle axis remove Bevel gear on the principle axis drives Maltese mechanism, thus, the divided circle remove accurately and intermittently.
5.3 Cam in the middle drives the movable circle moving up and down, relative movement between movable and fixed circles drive the sealing part to finish the whole sealing process.
5.4 The other side of the axis controls the mandrill moving up and down by controlling the cam, which can push the end products out of the tube stand.
5.5 Photoelectric and travel switch make the filling part, sealing part and other moving parts work in phase, which guarantee the whole working process runs smoothly.
